The marathon runner's heart attack shattered my beliefs
It was 3 AM when the loudspeaker jolted me awake.
A 45-year-old marathon runner had collapsed during his night training.
No prior health issues. Peak physical condition.
As I rushed to the ambulance bay, I wondered what could have gone wrong.
